Xpand has a dedicated contract recruitment division. We believe that contract recruitment requires a different skill-set and approach to permanent recruitment. Our contract specialists still utilise the same techniques as outlined within Permanent Recruitment, however they are aligned with technology rather than industry verticals.

Talent Pooling
Traditionally contract recruitment is all about speed with no time to be concerned about quality. Talent pooling enables contract specialists to proactively develop a variety of pre-qualified talent across a range of technologies (e.g. development, infrastructure, project management, etc). Each candidate in the talent pool is interviewed and screened prior to being added and this proactive sourcing strategy enables an even faster and much higher quality response to contract vacancies.

Talent Management
Xpand utilises online time-sheeting and consolidated invoicing which deliver time and administrative savings for our clients. We also have a large number of business visa slots available and as such Xpand can provide and manage overseas talent on behalf our clients.
