Overview
Xpand was founded in 2001 by its current MD, Aaron Williams. Aaron recognised that the Australian market was crying out for a quality consulting service from recruitment agencies, rather than the highly transactional sales culture that persisted. He also saw that the market was dominated by large, transactional "body shops" that claimed to be specialists but really weren't. Xpand was therefore born on the principles of providing a very high quality, niche service to the IT industry and an exceptional experience for candidates and clients alike.
